East Miami Hotel

Perfect meal at signature restaurant.

The hotel was stylish, I loved nicely furnished rooms and helpful staff. The room was with balconies. Easy check-in was a bonus. The location was best possible for walking around Brickell City Centre.

The location of East is excellent, with easy access to restaurants and bars in Brickell. The staff was accommodating and helpful throughout my stay. I enjoyed the fantastic amenities, particularly the rooftop bar, Sugar, which has fine views and a vibrant atmosphere. The conference room was well-equipped and ideal for my business needs, with up-to-date technology and fast Wi-Fi.

The food and drinks were quite pricey.

The rooms are trendy and the continental breakfast offered has a great selection of dishes. It includes a writing desk, a balcony, and a closet space. The property is based in the heart of the town. Downtown Miami district deserves your time and attention.

Competent and helpful staff

Everything was perfect.

The room was beautifully designed with a great layout, and the Lavazza coffee maker made mornings good. We loved the spaciousness and cleanliness of the room. Having access to the mall just downstairs was a huge bonus.

The food in the restaurant was overpriced and not great.

The Corner King Room offers breathtaking views, especially at sunset, making it a fantastic spot for a romantic evening. The pool area boasts an inviting vibe, complete with multiple seating options that cater to different relaxation preferences.

The parking situation is less than ideal, requiring you to rely on a valet service that charges $49 a day-an unwelcome surprise that feels like it should be included in the overall price. the elevators can become chaotic during peak hours, often making you feel like you're waiting for a starship to arrive. If you're someone who enjoys easy access to charging your devices, prepare for a bit of frustration with outlets that can be hard to manage, as they seem to have a mind of their own.

I had a fantastic stay! The rooftop bar was so lively, and the drinks were creative. The smooth daily smoothies made breakfast special, and the room's high-tech lighting was a fun touch.

We asked for double room and it was well laid out and extremely pleasant with good view. The decor here was standard.

Staying at EAST in Miami was delightful! The friendly staff made my experience memorable, and the stunning views from my Urban King Room captivated me. The pool area provided a perfect place to relax, although the pool service could improve.

The location is ideal. The room is spacious. The sports facilities, the restaurant, are available and of high quality.

The price of parking is excessive

The pool area was amazing, and we enjoyed fabulous views from our Urban King Room. Only issue was a slight mix-up with room service items, but they fixed it fast. Loved everything else!
